DUAL Diploma

Atalaya International School is a part of the top 300 schools offering a DUAL diploma program in Spain and Portugal. This double degree is obtained through the DUAL Diploma Program.

DUAL Diploma

The DUAL Diploma Program enables students to achieve international validation of their Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) and Bachillerato/IB qualifications.
Through this program, students earn two diplomas simultaneously:

  • The Spanish Bachillerato / International Baccalaureate, completed in person.
  • And the U.S. High School Diploma, completed 100% online — exactly the same diploma awarded to American students.

Objectives

The Dual Diploma Program is built upon three key objectives:

  1. Linguistic Immersion
    All subjects and interactions with teachers are conducted in English from the very beginning, enabling students to achieve an advanced bilingual level.
  2. Technological Immersion
    Mastery of the most advanced digital learning technologies.
  3. Personal Immersion
    Students develop responsibility and maturity in their work, gaining a high level of autonomy, time management skills, adaptability, and flexibility to work in diverse, multicultural environments.

Study Plans

Atalaya International School offers several study plans to complete the program:

  • 4-year program: Beginning in 2º ESO and finishing in 1º Bachillerato / IB Year 1.
  • 3-year program: Beginning in 3º ESO and finishing in 1º Bachillerato / IB Year 1.
