Primary Education

The stage of Primary Education, which goes from 6 to 12 years of age, is structured in three two-year substages: initial, intermediate and upper.

The primary objective of this stage of education is to develop, foster and consolidate the student’s overall development in all possible aspects (social, intellectual and emotional) so that he or she may progressively acquire a solid base for subsequent stages of education, as regards both knowledge and skills or abilities, and bearing in mind the importance of an education in values (responsibility, hard work, study habits, motivation…)

We work to develop all intelligences to enable each student to reach their own level of excellence or maximum potential, according to their capacity, in all areas of their development. We do this by implementing an active, participatory and individualized methodology where the student is the protagonist of their own learning experience.

Learn to learn to live in an international environment, using cooperative learning, project-based learning and experimentation in workshops to acquire basic social skills and emotional intelligence for their subsequent development.

In this stage of education it is essential that the student-teacher relationship be based on three main pillars: affection, communication and discipline; thus creating a framework of safety and motivation that encourages the overall growth of the student.

The basic instrumental competencies such as reading, writing and mathematics are consolidated while the student learns to develop their oral and written communication skills, logical thinking skills and knowledge of the social and natural environment, also acquiring the level of maturity that corresponds to their age.
