Commemoration of the Day for the Elimination of Gender Violence at Atalaya International School
On November 25th Atalaya International School joined in the commemoration of the International Day for the Elimination of Gender Violence. We carry out activities designed to promote reflection, empathy and commitment to a world free of violence.
In Secondary Education and Baccalaureate, students participated in a symbolic and creative activity. Each student designed a butterfly on which they wrote a meaningful word or phrase to show their support for the victims and encourage collective reflection. This artistic gesture transformed the classroom into a space of awareness and solidarity.
For their part, the Primary Education students enthusiastically joined the initiative under the slogan ‘Let’s paint a world without violence’. Through dynamics adapted to their educational stage, they explored the importance of respect, equality and non-violence as essential values in our society.
The classrooms and corridors of the school were filled with colours and messages of hope. These messages reflect the commitment of our educational community to this important cause.
We thank all students, teachers and families for their involvement in this day that seeks to raise awareness and which reaffirms our desire to educate in values and build a more just and violence-free future.
