POTTERY WORKSHOP
Our 1st year Secondary students participated in a pottery workshop at school as part of the Geography and History and Art subjects.
Throughout the different sessions of the workshop, they explored the origins of pottery and firsthand learned about aspects such as:
– Cuneiform writing (Mesopotamia)
– Cardial pottery (Iberian Peninsula)
– Geometric pottery (Ancient Greece)
– Black/red figure pottery (Ancient Greece)
It was a very fun and practical way to delve deeper into the content they are currently studying.
