Outstanding Participation in the National Selection Conference of EYP Spain
We are proud to announce that our students Daniella Khaibullina and Rihanna Kenzy Barrie have represented Atalaya International School at the National Selection Conference, organised by the European Youth Parliament (EYP) Spain in Valencia. This event, which brings together students from all over the country, is a parliamentary simulation of international relevance, where young people debate on critical issues that are of great importance for Europe.
Over the course of six days, our students actively participated in the sessions that took place in several emblematic places of the city, such as La Beneficencia Museum, ESIC Valencia and the Museum of Arts and Sciences. Daniella and Rihanna showed great commitment, effort and responsibility as they specialised in the Culture and Employment and Social Affairs committees, addressing key issues for the future of the European Union.
The event was attended by around 150 young people, among whom only 30 will be selected to participate in the International Selection Conferences to be held in different cities in Europe next year.
Moreover, we are pleased to highlight the role played at this important conference by Lorea del Río Kutz, a former student of Atalaya International School, as a member of conference organisational team. Her participation is yet another example of the positive and lasting impact that our students can have on international projects.
Therefore, we congratulate Daniella, Rihanna and Lorea for their outstanding contribution and wish them every success in their future endeavours!
