Dear Families,
This October, in addition to getting back into our school routines, we’ve embarked on our incredible projects. At every stage, the children are investigating and learning new things on a variety of topics.
In the 3-year-old class, while the children are still adapting to this new stage, they are also learning about themselves. We are working on recognizing the different parts of the face and body, as well as exploring our emotions. This personal discovery is a key step in their development, and we are thrilled with how well they are engaging in these activities.
Meanwhile, the 4-year-old children are delving into the study of the senses. Through numerous activities, experiments, and even tastings, they are discovering how their five senses help them interpret the world around them. It’s wonderful to see the curiosity and enthusiasm they are bringing to these sensory experiences.
Lastly, our “older” students started the month with a big concern: they couldn’t find their beloved class pet, Mr. Fox. However, they soon discovered that this little fox had gone on a trip… with no return ticket! Thankfully, Mr. Fox has been sending us postcards from amazing places all around the world. The children are very excited about their pet’s adventures and are enjoying learning about the different places he has visited.
