4 year-old students visited the Fish Market
Our 4 year-old students went to visit the fish market at the fishing port in Estepona, an excursion that is related to their pirate project
While at the port they carried out several different activities, such as visiting the fish market and seeing how the fish that arrives off the boats is auctioned, a workshop on fisherman knots they were then able to take home.
They saw and touched several types of shells and shellfish, as well as octopus and different types of fish. We even learned how to make a fishing net and we went on a walk around the port to see the boats, nets, octopus traps and other authentic fishing tools.
To finish off this great experience we had a picnic on the beach and played in the sand with buckets, shovels and rakes.
