Project: “Sowing the Future”
A few weeks ago the students that participate in our extracurricular Cooking Club activity had the opportunity to go on a fantastic excursion organised by Frutas y Verduras Eladio, as part of the “Sowing the Future” project they are carrying out.
This initiative stems from the need to educate, disseminate, and raise awareness of healthy eating habits among young people.
Knowing the origin of the plant-based foods we eat, the importance of consuming local and seasonal products and the need to increase the consumption of vegetable products in our diet are some of the topics that were discussed.
